Grave...

One of the activities that is important to be done by my 'clan' is visiting our departed families graves before the Eid which have been done annually. This is must as we shall did not forget those who have left the world.

First stop: Jelutong Cemetary, located beside the highway linking the Tutong District to Jerudong.

The entry point after climbing its stair (which is loooooong way...)

Unresponsible persons have left their bottles. You think that table is a big flat rubbish bin?

Cleaning the graves...

Hero too giving a hand, good! Hes a dependable boy although still a kid. Hyper and suprisingly, love harsh music like Death Metal!

Oranges Juice? No! 'Air Asah-an'...

Reciting 'Tahlil'...

At the 2nd cemetary near the Bridex building in POLO... Look at the steps! At the bottom (Left), At the top (Right).

My ancestor's relatives graves...

Reciting Tahlil infront of our Great-Grandparent...

Pile-up after the cleaning.

The third cemetary is a bit adventure coz its in the forest with addition: on the hill and have to cross a cattles farm area first...

Road leading to the 3rd cemetary. Entering from the junction near Asma Hotel...

Taking Ford Ranger due to muddy road at the stop...

On the way: cows roaming easily...

What? Too muddy? Oh, well. Marching on foot!

Long way walking... And be careful with the scattered cow dungs!

The hill that we have to climb to get to the cemetary. According to the legend, long ago (maybe around 100 years), 2 warriors have fought on top of this hill.

Climbing the hill. A bit painful because the steep were full of the thorn...

On the top of the hill: Thats not my fault, someone have make that such ways...

A short trail on top of the hill to the cemetary. Through the trail, we can found several old graves which age can reach nearly a century.

At last!

Some 'mild' cleaning around the cemetary.

Reciting the Tahlil for the 3rd round...

After visiting the cemetary. On the way descending the hill...

Walking down...

Long way to the place where we left the car...

The last cemetary for the day, located at the Luahan, not near the Masyor, but deep through SPG 544.

Reciting the Tahlil, cannot concentrate, smells a fried jackfruit!

Traditions of visiting the cemetary shall not be solely done in the Ramadhan only, but also have to be done during others month. There is no excuse that we are very busy. We have a consecutive 2 off days and the visiting the graves is only taking less than an hour (complete with cleaning, reciting the Yaasin verse and Tahlil). What more important is, honesty and kindness on visiting the one that we love... Bye!

p.s.: a long post for me, preparing another post which also quite longer then this!

After the announcement...

When I was a young 'naughty' kid...

Home, nothing can beat the smell of it... I remembered when I was still a kid which still lack of everything in knowledge, playing is one of the highest priorities for me rather than eating or drinking milk. Playing is like my blood at that time that cost me my skin... At that time, appearance is nothing to be worried about, as long as you enjoy!

Let me introduce first: This is my first place that I live. Located in Bengkurong, this place house several unforgetable memory, especially with my siblings...

My father usually park his car here. The pipe on the ceiling is still broken since I left the house 9 years ago.

Place where I with my siblings play around, sometimes joining us were our neighbourhood.

Cats usually prowl around the flat. Under this stair, my mother usually feed the cat with the leftover, usually fish's bone...

Some memory on the stair... Hahaha! So embrassed when recalling it, but at that time, I'm still a kid!

Corridor leading to my ex-home (someone is living inside at the time I take this picture, and thats his flowers and pots!). Look at the wall: thats the sign of my letter box!

One of the windows that is unique and playable to me...

View form the balcony, the buliding at the far is Bengkurong Primary School, a place that contribute darkness to my skin...

Beside the school field is a forest where I with my friend practice/playing 'Tarzan'...

Childhood memory is sometimes beautiful for every fortunate ones. If you have one, remember it always. Coz sometimes, its also strenghten your bond with your near one, or your love one... Bye!

p.s.: When I still in pre-school, Ive receive 8-12 stiches on my head when I 'bravely' run and hit the wall. Its not that pain when I feel it, but the amount of blood flowing from the cut can make parents histeria! Gwahahaha!!!

Torch!

Today is a bit lame coz at first, there is no mood for the Eid to be put in my heart. But then, when I was driving along the highway after fetching a 'vase' and some 'flower', my ears were hungry... not for the sound of something is frying on the pan, but for the Eid's songs. So, when I tune up for the radio, it turn my heart down. Coz there is not so many Eid tune was being play!

A bit dissapointed, when the night (like this time) come, I just turn on some of the Eid's song for some pleasure for the upcoming celebration.

Below is some picture that I have take for these 2 days. My siblings setting up the traditional torch, one of the sign for the Eid's environment!

The first one that I lit. At the back is my young brother, fixing the torch.

My older brother (Right), the man behind all the lamp also giving a hand on finishing all the lamp before breaking the fast.

Filling the torch with petrol. Not a diesel nor a car petrol, those that you can buy at village's store...

Filling the torch with petrol before putting the cap.

Night come, all the lamp (half-of it in the picture) lit up! Eid's celebration engage!

ARSON!!! I with the long stick in fire. Due to the camera flash and night-mode, the fire is like a lamp!

Err... The fire getting smaller...

Fire is our friend, but it could be our worse enemy. So guys, be careful with the fire, coz when its start to 'bite' you, its not only add some 'huge' loss, but also add some 'trauma'... Bye!

p.s.: When shall my hair grows so long like old days. Its a bit afro when I take the picture lately... huhuhuhuhu...

Mankind is an art, indeed. From the artistic observation of the man's living sculpture, we can see for every inch of the majestic creations of the God... But my topic today is totally not related to what am I going to show your guys all and its only an extra word to make this introduction longer.

These pictures are taken at the very last day of the first half-semester. Enjoy!

Dayah (3 from left) trying to convince the seller for a free gift after buying some of the fried cury puff.
Seller: "Kalau ini macam mau barang free bole bankrap punya..."

Suprise shot! Damn! Khalid (Left) notice it and then give me a good suprise pose...
Syamie (Right): "Apada?" gesturing toward school's Shun Izaki.

First shot: she knows.
Second shot: She don't know... Suzy... Suzy...

Taking some last breath... Or some last shot!!!
